Cover Crop Mowing

I started a brand new garden this year and currently have a green manure crop going to get rid of weeds and add to the soil.  My question is if I mow it will it re-grow like grass?  The mix is oats, field peas and hairy vetch.  It is 18" tall at the lowest and three feet at the highest point.
