Is there anything we can't get away with at Wagner? Last night, spent time on the Oval with the Wagner crew.....lots of people there......lots of drinking going on.......this was at like 9 and i stayed there till 1 in the morning but there were people drinking at like 2 in the afternoon.....the funniest was seeing the kids pass around the bong and
