Oooh you are at James Cohan? I haven't been there in ages. I used to gallery hop every other saturday, but got sick of the pretentious Chelsea folk a few months back and got too lazy in the cold to do the williamsburg "half a mile between galleries I like" trek. Have you stumbled into the new Taxter and Spiegleman yet? (i think I might be making up the name...it's T---- & S---- It's on 22nd.) Now it's a bigger gallery, but it used to be a regular apartment where you had to walk through the kitchen and living room to get to the second half of each exhibit. I loved that gallery. It seemed to consistantly hold the most original work in Chelsea, but have heard the shows haven't been the same since they moved spaces. I've almost been afraid to go and check it out and have hovered around it. Whoops sorry, I just went on a T&S nostalgia binge.

My point was (before the rambliage), that's a FANTASTIC internship.

It is a great internship, I am having so much fun. I work from tuesdays through thursdays 10-6. You should come down if you get time off work and do a little gallery hunting with moi. They have a few good exhibits and some not so much (The new Rauchenberg show is crap). You told me you get out at 5? You work in the city? Maybe a lil happy hour?
