I'm totally with you on this one - I really don't understand how it's alright that the majority get to vote on the minorities civil rights?!

It is definitely discrimination, and I'm horribly sad that this is the case . . . still, I think you're right in that in the end Proposition 8 will eventually be rejected. Fingers crossed it happens sooner than later!
