The genetic modification of food really scares the crap out of me. I often wonder if all the allergies and illnesses kids have today are linked to the changing nature of our food supply. There hasn't been enough longitudinal data to say whether it is harming people or not. I don't know about you, but I tend to sit on the side of safety in cases

Yes and I think that's one of the scariest parts - people are forced into eating this stuff because they can't afford anything else. I'm a student and I can't afford to eat all organic, yet I'm still better off than a lot of people and am lucky that I have some room to make choices. It's those that are most vulnerable in society that are subjected to this 'human experiment' that is GMO foods...
