[No worries, Aoko hasn't been paying attention to much, really. Just worrying about a certain spiky haired, fish phobic magician. But as she's not paying much attention to anything- she doesn't even notice she has company and just... continues staring at her shoes.]
[Haer'Dalis is just walking in the park, trying to see how many trees had died, when he spots Aoko. He simply decides that he's going to sit on the bench next to her, as he hates to see a young girl sad. As a bard, it's his duty to bring smiles to the masses. Especially if it's the girlfriend of a friend of his.]

Ahh... Kaito has indeed disappeared, with that imposter taking his place. Now I can certainly see why you are so upset. This kind of thing has happened in my own world from time to time, and it almost never ends well.
[In this case, he believes the truth might not be the best policy, but he has little better ideas. He winces again knowing that this is likely going to be harsh.]
It... it is a distinct possibility that his impostor has killed him, and is wearing his skin like a cloak. However, there is a very good chance that we might be able to bring him back you know. I happen to have dealt with this type of things a few times myself, and I know of a few methods of perhaps bringing him back if we know for sure that, that is an impostor.
