So I need an Immunization History form to give to BRCC before I am officially accepted. Ochsner in New Orleans has this on file. However, after nearly a month and a half I stillhaven't received it. Here's what's happened so far

The only way to get shit done is to go down there and raise hell in person. They have balls on the phone, but then there's a -5 to testicular fortitude modifier when you show up in person.
