*Her happy expression turns into a look of genuine astonishment at the age* Really? You don't look your age.
*That answer seems to have eclipsed the others for the moment.*

1. What kind of company do you keep, nowadays?
Not much. I do socialize, though, with...interesting individuals, at times. Mostly others who...want to keep a low profile or who are some form of nonhuman. It just keeps things simple.
2. Have you honestly learned your lesson?
I’d like to think so, but I can’t help but worry that history will repeat itself.
3. Do you keep warm?
Yes. The sweater you so graciously granted comes in handy for that. Thank you.
4. Do you stay out of harm's way trouble?
Most of the time. The rest of the time, it can’t be helped.
5. Do you stay safe?
As safe as I can, all things considered.

You're not alone in your worries, dear boy.
And I'm glad that the sweater has been useful.
And that you're alright. *she murmurs so softly she might as well not have said it.*

For the world, no. Not at all. For me personally, yes. I gladly accept the latter. I think I am finally starting to...know how you felt when your son was growing up.
2. Is there anything interesting you'd like to share?
I finally learned how to make blue fur. Also, I think I understand why you did things...the way you did. You did what you knew. It must have been hard for you, back then, all things considered.
3. When did you realize you could forgive me her?
When I grew up and realized, unfortunately, that I am limited. There was nothing she could have done any different. I’m sorry for the trouble her son caused her, for what it is worth.
4. What is your biggest regret?
Not killing him when I had the chance. Not telling her I love her, still, after everything that has happened. I seem to be doomed to never quite get closure.
5. Are you happy well?
I’ve been well. Very well, in fact. I think I’ve even be happy a few times over the last few months.

I suppose some good came out of it.
