Morphing implies a permanent change from one state to another. I thought you wouldn't be Bridge anymore.

Huh, I never thought of it that way. I'd hate not being Bridge anymore 'cause I'm just not myself without being Bridge, except if I wasn't Bridge then maybe I wouldn't know I was Bridge before and it wouldn't matter.

It would matter. If you were not Bridge, the people who knew you would know and remember. It would be painful for us, even if you were unaware of your loss. I would be mad at you.
