Oh gosh, Handy always tears at my heartstrings! His situation is so not fair, and I mentally never would have made this comparison, but gosh, it's brilliant. Depressing, but brilliant.

That last line is chilling and beautiful.

I say it becuase it's true :) Gosh, it translates really well! I mean, that's one thing that really strikes me about Handy. Whenever he's placed with the Doctor, it's amazing how sad events that otherwise would have been happy become. He's a fabulous character in his own right, but he also brings out a side of the Doctor that we just don't usually see, which is both wonderful and completely depressing.
