New fic~
Just a one shot on Ryo Uchi, sorry for this emotional fic, I kinda miss Uchi so much. *bites lip*
Title: Our Tears, Hear Us Cry
Pairing: Ryo & Uchi
Genre: AnGst!!
Summary: 10 of September, the day where Uchi Hiroki turned 20, he finally became an adult. He was silently hoping, though it was impossible, that he could have Ryo by his side on his special day. Being separated from each other for so long hurts him so much, he didn't want to be alone on this very special day. He want Ryo to be here, and he want it to be true.
Disclaimer: Sadly I don't own the characters here. Ryo and Uchi belong together, why make them part??
-- ` --
Clenching his fist tightly, he glared at the wide screen in front of him, the devilish eyes of his looking, staring onto the blank image of his own reflection. He really hated himself for being so helpless, for being so weak in overcoming his emotions, that of which he totally had no control of.
Nishikido Ryo had never felt this weak. If only he had the power, he will bring Uchi back this instant. Because at this point of time, he knew that Uchi was the one that is hurting the most.
“Damn them! He already turned 20! Why the delay of his comeback? Stupid management! Who do they think they are, to punish him like that? He had more than enough.” Ryo cursed silently, angered at the fact that there was still no official news for his return.
Closing his eyes as he leaned against the sofa, he whispered, “Sorry, Hiroki. I couldn’t do anything. Sorry.”
-- ` --
Sorry, Hiroki. I couldn’t do anything. I’m sorry.
He looked around his bedroom warily, for a moment he swore he had heard Ryo’s voice but that couldn’t possibly be true. Why would Ryo be here anyway?
Uchi had not seen Ryo since that night, where they bid goodbye for the very last time before his suspension took place, his living hell.
Ryo, I want to see you. I miss you. I want to meet you.
Curling into a ball, Uchi hugged himself furiously, he was lost without Ryo by his side, caring for him like no other would. This would not have happen if he had not been so foolish then, thinking that alcohol could solve his problems, he drank though he knew the risk if he was caught red-handed.
The one person that he hated the most was himself. He hated the fact that he was the cause of this mess, that he was the reason they had to part. It was all his fault and he really hated himself for it. Ryo may forgive him but he can never forgive himself for that one fateful incident.
It was his birthday and he was all alone.

Glancing at his watch nervously, Ryo fidgeted in his seat for the countless time, in his mind he said, “Shut the hell up, you old man. I don’t have the time to waste on you, I’d rather spend my day with Hiroki. Damn, it’s only a few hours then his birthday will be over!”
He glared furiously at the interviewer in front of him though it was left unnoticed. But the other members noticed the rather anxious Ryo, to the extent that they thought he’d fell from his chair due to such overwhelming anger, which clearly evident from his expression.
Hina understood, in fact the rest of the members too, that today is a special day for Ryo and that he wouldn’t want to miss it for the world. He too didn’t have the power to send his team mate to where Uchi was but he could try putting in a little help.
“I’m sorry but could you interview Ryo first? We could all wait, that doesn’t matter. We wouldn’t want to trouble you but his family kind of needs him soon, so if you don’t mind, please interview him first!” he bowed, ignoring the fact that he had lied a little, hoping that the old man would just agree to whatever he had just said.
-- ` --
Ryo bowed in gratitude to the others as he hastily grabbed his belongings, about to leave the scene when Hina blocked his way whispering softly, “Tell Uchi happy birthday from all of us and that we can’t wait to have him back.”
“Yes, I know.” He smiled, waving back at the smiling Kanjani8 members, rushing out of the place almost immediately.

The clock’s ticking away, there is only two hours left, Uchi realized. He spent his special day in his bedroom, too depressed to even leave the room. His parents were on a business trip leaving the house all to himself.
“It’s just your wishful thinking, Hiro. Ryo would never be here. Why would he? I’m stupid to believe that Ryo will come. He will never…”
Uchi stopped, listening to something that sounded like a bell, “Who could it be? It’s already late.”
He ignored the ringing bell, thinking that it was some kid making prank on him but it doesn’t seem to stop, the bell continued ringing.
“Can you give me peace here? I just want to be alone! Idiot!”
Walking out of his bedroom door, the ringing still continued irritated him even more, “Yes, yes, I’m coming!”
-- ` --
He opened the door only to meet the gaze of someone he truly misses, Ryo.
Shock. Happy. Delight. Sadness.
“What took you so long to open the door, princess?” he smirked, walking in without waiting for any invitation, to which Uchi stood frozen, his hands still on the door knob, not moving even an inch.
Realizing that Uchi wouldn’t make any further move, Ryo placed his fingers onto his, closing the door behind them, not letting go of his hold.
“R-Ryo?”
“Hmm?” he murmured as he slid his arms onto the younger man’s waist, breathing in the scent that he had missed, embracing him lovingly like he did a year ago.
“Ryo? You’re really here? You came.” Uchi whispered, his voice mixed with a tinge of sadness, hugging his lover tightly, and tears falling freely by now.
He looked up to the crying man, brushing off his pure tears ever so gently, whispering “I can never miss this special day, sweetheart. You should not be alone, especially not today. That is why I’m here. Sorry for being late.”
“But Ryo…”
Smiling, “I don’t care what the management says. I need to be with you and that is final. Don’t worry, they won’t know.”
Loosening their embrace, Uchi worriedly ask, “Really? But what if they do? You’ll be in trouble, Ryo! I don’t want anything to happen to you.”
“Screw them. I’ll make sure they shut their mouth with my hot words. Now stop worrying, will you?” he said, pulling Uchi closer to him.
-- ` --
“I don’t want you to go.” Uchi voiced out suddenly after moments of silence, looking up at his boyfriend with teary eyes, he didn’t want to let go of his hand, he didn’t want to.
Biting his lip, Ryo could not help but feel the sadness,” Let’s not talk about tomorrow, okay? Just cherish today.” He said, trying to comfort the younger one though he himself could not bear to part with his beloved.
“You’re going to leave me tomorrow morning. You’re leaving.” He continued despite Ryo telling him not to, he could not hold his sadness any longer, he had to let it all out for tomorrow will be like yesterday, he will be alone and lonely again.
“Hiro, you’re not helping here. Do you know that? We will be together again soon. I promise. Until then you will be back in my arms.” He tried to give a smile but couldn’t for his eyes tell his true feelings, so much sadness and anguish.
“Ryo.” That was what he could say right now, his voice choked with countless emotions, sobbing uncontrollably in his lover’s embrace.
Uchi, you will return to me.
Two lovers lying on the bed, snuggling closer as if their life depended on each other, trying to hold back their overwhelming sadness, grasping today with all they have, and that tomorrow let it be as it is.
Today is what they have, tomorrow they will part.
