I think Homeland and Breaking Bad are comparable for their cat-n-mouse games and their complex sense of morality. I struggle with the character parallels though. On the surface, yeah, I can see it. But the Homeland characters just don't make me feel the same as the BrBa characters make me feel. For example I feel a lot more involved in Walter White's descent into darkness than I do in Brody's struggles for redemption. Walt is more doomed but I feel like I've got a better understanding of Walt's turmoil than Brody's

BTW, have you seen The Sopranos? For me, that's the TV show with the strongest BB parallels.

I think Carrie will come out on top, but I really wish the show would move forward a bit more on stuff Brody knows and hasn't told Carrie yet. I keep waiting for her and Saul to eat Estes's ass for breakfast with the stuff Brody knows he's leaked. :P
