Hi.

I'm just responding to your comment on MW. I actually didn't want to post it there in the first place but someone on MW said i should since OTHER FICTION is allowed. Apparently Elsa Rose created that category for her son who writes original stuff.

However, if what she meant was that it had to be only male/male fiction, even if its not in the QaF verse, then I stand corrected. There are 38 stories in this category.

Personally, I didn't even want to post ANYTHING to the site but I was invited because my stuff was so different. The only reason I post there at all is because of the hit counter (since BJfic.net doesn't have one anymore).

Anywho, if that was the case, then I'll pull it. It's not like I got an overwhelming response to the thing.

I did not realize it had one, my bad. I think it is a wonderful story! That story was actually decently edited, most of the stuff on MW is pure crap in the editing department. Personally, I would post it on Fiction Press, you will get a more cultured audience and be somewhere people actually respect the people who read their stuff and edit it.

I have just a slight beef with MW for supposedly only having the 'best' yet half the stories there are crap, and not just crap, but so neglected in the grammar dept, it makes my eyes burn.

Thank you for the lovely compliment. I love this ficlet too. I want to exapnd it into something big though. Fiction Press? I'll check it out. It was well received on my lj.

And yes, MW says they have a reputation for the good stuff but from what I've seen so far, there are just lots of spammers with stuff that's not betaed and doesn't even resemble the guys anymore. Also, I get the same 5-6 reviewers. LOL!

I did ask Elsa though if she meant only slash on the OTHER FICTION category and she said 'no' - that it meant anything you wrote that's original or from another fandom that's not listed at the site.

Lol, if you decide to go to FP, I will get the word around, I am a pretty big name there (although no one knows me past 'that beta of so-and-so') and can get the word out pretty effectively. Mostly through asking the authors to plug you ^^
