Hi Hani. :) I've noticed you posting on the "expats" community a few times and came by your journal. Looks like you've lived in a few different places, just like me. I see you're also in a TCK community, like me. I guess I figured it was worth a shot to ask you if you wanted to be LJ Friends? I'm always up for reading new LJs, especially expat ones. :) Let me know!

Sorry I didn't say anything on your LJ. I was pretty rushed last night. I sometimes click on some of my interests or communities and randomly click on people's profile when the results of users/members come up and see if they seem interesting and open.
I then saw that we actually have a mutual friend! (Besides Jeph of QC fame.) And it seemed pretty cool and I thought your entries seem interesting. Sorry if I scared you!
OK, I don't normally "pick up" girls from Sextips ("yo, 'sup?") but I love your attitude. I like that you are from so many places, or not from any of them. Plus you are cute, er... lovely I mean! (Wow, I almost got on your bad side there!)
That's all I have to say for myself. I won't add you before you add me because that's only polite.
I did take a look at it. We had a break in the clouds that night, but the temp was chilly for So Cal (about 45F) so I didn't stay out long.
My interest in astronomy kinda comes and goes. The local observatory just re-opened last year, but it's been so crowded that I haven't seen it since it got remodeled from the 1930's. It's a good date destination.
Hi Hani! I'm friending you back, and thanks :) It's great to have friends on LJ who are also on Goodreads - but I want to be sure, what's your name on Goodreads?

I added you. Welcome to my journal. Mind you, there are times it's majorly angst-y!
(Were you able to view the lunar eclipse several nights ago?)
