France Journal - Sept. 8th

I spent the last three days working - basically finishing up some critical stuff that I didn't have time to do before I left. That's a huge load off my mind. I still have a few more things to take care of but they are not as urgent. So I'll get back at least 3, maybe 4, vacation days. Not too bad

So is the sausage beef and mutton or beef or mutton. I know that our market downtown sells lamb sausages, though they may not be mutton. Enjoy your time!

The sausage is a combination of beef and mutton which I've never seen anywhere else. I'm not a big meat eater but I really love this.
