I think my favorite pic in this series has to be the one of the building. The way you captured the reflections on the windows was awesome.
I also like the bottom photo of the suits with the cityscape behind them.

Thank you. It was a most lovely "pad" to get together with others working on renewable energy solutions. And the catering was first class. You'd have loved being there. Jeff and I were most happy to have been invited.

oooo catering equates to food I would of so been there lol...
my friends always lure me with food to get me to go to their houses isnt that bad? LOL

I think its really cool what you are doing tho. Its helping the farmers with a new crop...electricity.

Hehe, I'm the same way about neat foods drawing me over to places.

Thanks. WES also makes some 80 kW and 250 kW wind turbines that are great for helping farmers and small businesses with their electrical needs. But, I am securing deal with large property farmers to help them make sizable income from big 2.5 MW turbines on their land. If you know any farmers I can help out, let me know. :~)

When I think of San Fran, I think of the type of houses you have in that first shot, never of a large city.

I know what you mean. San Francisco has many historic buildings. But, let me assure you, this private residence was huge and very much an example of the area's better homes.

I know you'd enjoy the Bay Area when you finally do visit it. And, I'd like to strongly recommend the jewel of an international bay city that is also Vancouver, B.C., Canada.

I truly wish I had had more free time to have enjoyed this trip. But, on our first night there, it was a wonderful feeling seeing the area again, including the Fillmore and Golden Gate Park where I had some great times when I first visited there.

The blades for a late '90s 750 kW wind turbine are 80 feet long and big enough for a man to go inside and install lightning protection. Newer 1.5 MW wind turbines have blades over 120 feet long, while those 3 MW wind turbines that are offshore in Europe have blades so big they could only be transported by boat. :~)
