I've joined Total Fitness :-) Hels and Wend and me all joined, so I get to see them and we motivate each other, or I can go to the one in Crewe.. It's excellent. It's a dead good gym, but also there's a pool, hydrotherapy pool, sauna, steam room.. All sorts. Today I spent an hour or so in the *Ladies Only Gym*, which this afternoon was more of a *
