We've got a house for next year!!! *YESSSS*
It's 57 Royal Park Avenue - how posh does that sound?! (In actual fact, LS6 (Hyde Park area, where it is) is actually the most expensive insurance area in Britain cuz of all the crime etc :-s) It's ace - big rooms, big kitchen, we've allowed to redecorate all the rooms and the landlord guy is paying for

I don't know what colour I want, but I was thinking of having a nice alpaca painted onto one wall.. Perhaps a whole alpaca scene :)
