According to two different sets of scales: I've lost 6lbs in the last 3 weeks (without even really trying - I think just living a little further out of the way has been good for me  = lots of walking). However, according to my tapemeasure: I have lost nothing in centimetres ( Read more... )

Cool cool. Odd thing is: I know I'm more muscled now than I was before, and surely muscle = heavier than fat. So to make up for the difference I must have lost even more weight than I thought to balance out the new muscle mass - but still not lost any mass. So confused.

And vain.

You are confusing mass and volume. You are, perhaps, more gaseous? Try farting more.

hehe, lookie what password I remembered! It could have something to do with water mass (you are retaining less water) or the weight has gone from areas you haven't or can't measured. Lower legs (lots of walking), or upper arms?
