I went and spoke with Dumbledore today upon realization of what my "lazy arse" has not been doing. Being a prefect has just become too daunting of a task for me. Ridicule as you will, I don't care. My studies are getting to be a bit much now that I know what I want to do for a career, I'm working hard at building the sets for Terry's play, and Justin is still gone. I am a bit of a mess and in no judgement to "lead" the other students by example. Dumbledore should announce my replacement before the meeting tomorrow, so there will be no conflict with that.
