What's the point? I mean, not to sound harsh or anything, but why would we want to do that, again?

...i was actually thinking about it again today. and i figure that, unfortunatly, even if we do do the boycott, it wont really accomplish much of anything. it may hit the economy pretty hard, and it may show the gov't that we are dissatisfied, but doing a boycott 4 years ago would have made more sense. i mean, this year, much to my utter and complete dismay, shrub elected. it's not like 4 years ago when the he was inaugurated dishonestly. this time, it's clear that he won the majority vote and the electoral college. in a democracy, if the majority of the people vote for something, it goes through. so, yeah, while i think that it would show our dissatisfaction with the current administration, i'm not sure that the boycott will have a lasting effect.
