I've just been wondering: How often per week would you say you get stopped and asked for directions?

Hampden tourists, or cars stopping to ask "how do I get to York Road from here?" or a pedestrian looking for Hopkins or the Number 23 bus, whatever.

I'm averaging around three per week, I think.

Oh yeah. I get stopped a lot. Especially when I'm walking the dog. I guess people figure if you walk a dog around the neighborhood you know it pretty well.

I think it's the dog, too--which is hilarious when they're trying to get to, say, York & Coldspring. I mean, I walk Henry pretty far sometimes, but we don't go THAT far!

About .5 times per week, and that only because the office in which I work is, well, let me put it this way: your best bet is to follow the smell of cheese.

You know, if you got yourself a set of bull horns, you could really have some fun with that.

Every day! But I'm on the Ave every day.

It's funny, most of mine take place off the Avenue. I think it's the dog. They figure if you have a dog, you must be from the area. Or something.

Oh hey, speaking of the Avenue, I meant to ask you: Did you ever hear what the fire trucks were out there for?

Nope! Haven't heard anything yet!
