I'd noticed that Yotam Ottolenghi's recipes tended toward the twiggy and sort of unappetizing, but I'd never seen the photos that went with them before! I must've watched this 25 times by now, and I can't stop laughing at it. Plus, it reminds me of the Carmen Miranda cake with sawdust. :)
