ugh, what an awful week. just busy, stressed, etc. i'm SO happy that i've been keeping up with my marathon training program. monday was 4 easy miles, tuesday was 5 miles and 4x100m sprints, wednesday was 4 easy miles (for which i found a shady stretch of road and ran laps), and tonight i did 40 minutes of "speed play
