Well two urinary tract infections this year so far. I think that's a record. Spent a couple of hours last night at the Urgent Care Facility. Gross. On the upside I have my second appointment with my urologist this coming week so maybe something will come of that. The doctor at the Urgent Care asked me if I knew that sex causes them and I said

BTW, I'm sure you already know this but if you pee after sex it helps prevent UTIs because you flush everything out of your urinary tract.

umm have you tried kombucha? the real stuff with the live fungus in it?

it seems to have helped me out tons in that arena. I rarely get them anymore and I used to have them chronically for years.

Sword fighting? Where/when/how?

I went and did boffer combat yesterday, but I'm not sure if I dig the crowd. Not sure if this means I need to find a different crowd, or if I just need to get more interesting people to this one.

Aw, I'm sorry to hear you're afflicted again, I know those can be miserable. That is funny about the doctor's comment, though. Like WEEKLY sexual activity is unusual?? I guess that makes daily+ downright perverted!
