Mambo Rice!

I was looking for something to have with some jerk chicken (chicken breasts marinated in a bottled jerk sauce, eh, not a lot of jerk flavor really, but not bad) so I decided to try Guy Fieri's recipe for mambo rice. I don't think I've ever tried anything of his before, but...this was yummy! I usually don't much like rice made with chicken broth,
