I am so proud of you, saggy draws..lol! But really, you've come a long way and I'm with Phoenix, you are an inspiration. I think about you when I eat out, like "What would Melissa do?" I'm serious. I've been like that ever since you left. And you and my mom and those cheese potatoes. She loves those, that's all thats in her freezer. I'll have to try some one of these days.

Just think of how long you've come along and I hope you're feeling better soon *hug* I really am proud of you!

LOL i thought it was funny when she called me that. she's this older woman who's always sitting outside chain smoking camels, but she's sweet. she's always asking me, "how much lost now?" LOL

thank you, thank you, thank you...that means a lot to me chanel.

you know, i was so adament about staying on track while i was out there. girl, you know how i ate. there was fudruckers, hagen das, chinese food, pizza (and i ate a half of one!), and that LOVELY dinner at phillip's. LOL

the potatoes are yummy! and i get in two servings of veggies for the day. i wasn't going to have any today. i was going to splurge and have something else. but i didn't want to fuck up just because i had the rest of the day to do nothing. instead i ate those 4 point potatoes and went to the gym.

bert said he was proud of my accomplishments and admired my meticulous point counting. LOL

thank you so much, chanel!

I am so proud of you! =) That is an awesome goal. I remember when I lost a lot of weight myself, this reminds me of what I went through. Right now I badly want a flat stomach (I have unsightly middle flab) and I was recommended situps. 100 per day. have you noticed any result yet from the situps?

argh! i had this long response and my comp froze.

anyhow...

thank you miss sonya!

i know you've been through this before, so i know you know what i'm going through.

how much was it that you lost again?

i'm not quite there yet, but i can't wait to be at a point where i can get my ass into some sevens (and not the men's). LOL speaking of sevens...i saw a grip of them on sale at macy*s for like 100 bucks. i thought of you. you might want to check it out...that is if you don't want to betray ebay! LOL

i haven't noticed anything yet from the sit-ups, but i've only been doing them for about three nights now. i hope to soon! i have noticed a difference in my arms from the free weights. they are more toned now.

oh man. i am so heading to Macy's. Although i like Citizens better than Sevens, I cant pass up a 100 sale. esp if they have the GLC SEVENS. oh man!!

I lost 52 pounds total. isnt that scary? it's like losing a small child, and i didnt even think that i was that fat before. i totally quit the strict changes the minute i reached my healthy weight range. i was like "OKay i am done!!" i can email you my before and after, they still shock me. heh. i still maintain the changes i made in my food diets. the key for me was finding what i loved to eat that was healthy. once i did that, it was smooth sailing.

anyhow, i know you can do it!! you are so motivated and it reminds me of everything i did when i decided to lose weight in 2003.

yeah, i went to the one in culver city (of course down here in southern cali). but they had a FULL rounder of sevens for 97-100 dollars! :)

52lbs!!! oh my Lord, sonya! i can't even imagine. i guess because when i "met" you you seemed to be the same size you are now. YOU are my inspiration. :) if you wouldn't mind, i would love to see your before and after. and...if you wouldn't mind letting me know what your starting and current weight are, that would be cool. but i understand if you don't. i have a scrap book of pics from before i started ww, ww articles, ww awards i've gotten, a copy of my progress and i would love to add your email to my scrap book. :)

thank you, thank you!!!
