I just wrapped up my first application for an apprenticed fellowship with The Stone Barns Center for Sustainable Agriculture in New York. Not the best paying gig in the world, but also not the worst, it's the first post-undergrad, career-related item I have sent out. It is simultaneously thrilling and unnerving
