Oh yeah, these guys...

A lot of them do stuff other than patrolling for crimes. They volunteer at homeless shelters, do charity work, and pick up litter. Small stuff, but it makes the world a little better. Figure it adds up.

I think it's pretty awesome. Not my path, but awesome nonetheless.
