An invoice will be sent to you shortly (containing order details and payment instructions). Please make payment and reply to us within 24 hours or items will be passed on to the next buyer.

Should the items go out of stock, we will place you in the waiting list (and will contact you if there are possible restocks or backorders).
PAYMENT
We accept payment via the following methods:
LOCAL ORDERS (within Singapore)
POSB/DBS Funds Transfer via
1) Internet Banking
- Please provide us with your Ibanking nick and Transaction ref. no. for payment verification.
2) ATM Transfer
- Please send us a snapshot of the transaction receipt for verification purposes. Please keep the hardcopy receipt until we have verified your payment.
Note: We do not accept scanned copies of receipts.
3) Paypal Email Payments (using credit card)
- Paypal fees to be borne by buyer.
- For local transaction, Paypal fees is 3.4% + S$0.50
Please only choose this option if you're comfortable with paying the transaction fees.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (outside Singapore)
1) Paypal Email Payments (using credit card)
- Paypal fees of 3.4% to 4.9%* + S$0.50 to be borne by buyer.
*Fees vary by country (See 'Fee Policy' on Paypal for the details)
DELIVERY
Upon receiving payment, we will send out your parcel within the next working day.
Please allow at least 3 to 4 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for the parcel to reach you.
1) Normal or Registered Postage
Please refer to the section on 'POSTAGE' for more details.
2) Meet-ups
- Individual meet-up may be arranged at our convenience.
Do let us know if you wish to opt for meet-up and we will try to work something out :)
- Mass meet-up may also be held if necessary.
The details will be communicated to all via email/sms/our website.
Note: All payment must be in before the meet-up.
POSTAGE
We deliver to both local and overseas addresses.
HANDLING FEE
Please note that all orders are subjected to a nominal fee of S$0.50 (envelope and bubblewrap costs).
For large orders which would require boxes, you will be informed of the packaging costs before we invoice you.
LOCAL
All local parcels are sent via Singpost.
Postage prices will vary depending on the weight of your items.

- We strongly recommend this option to ensure that your parcel reaches you safely and
for peace-of-mind.
- We will provide the tracking number once parcel is mailed out :) You can then track your parcel HERE.
OVERSEAS
All overseas parcels are sent via Singpost/Speedpost (www.speedpost.com.sg).
Postage prices will vary depending on the destination and total weight of your items.
To find out postage costs, please first submit your order (and destination) to us. We will check with the post office and then advise you. You can then confirm your order if you are agreeable to the postage costs.

All purchases are deemed FINAL and refund requests will NOT be entertained once your order is confirmed and paid for.
Goods sold are non-refundable nor exchangeable UNLESS the items sent to you are incorrect.
