Thanks. I actually ended up having to take her to the er yesterday. Her o2 stats dropped to 42. Turns out she has chemicals in her lung from a house fire and pneumonia. This has been going on since the the first week of March. I'm hoping the antibotics and steroids will clear her up and ease her mind that it's nothing more than that.

Hoping and praying it's not lung cancer. That's what my mother had and battled for 4 years.:(

As of now its not but shes a heavy smoker. It wouldn't surprise me if it came to that. I'm very sorry that your mom had it. They say its a tough battle for both the patient and the family.

Yeah my mom had it but never smoked a day in her life. She did treatments for quite a few years until it didn't respond to it any longer and then she developed a fungal infection as well. Extremely tough.
