After a not so pleasant conversation with England, France sat on his bed, holding a picture of what looks like an England. The picture was dated 3 months before Last year, of France's arrival in HQ.

"Come in....." France continued to look at this picture.

He opened the door and entered, looking unsure.

"France, I come to a-apo..." He stopped a while, grimacing. Apologies were never his forte after all. And it was even worse given that he already apologize already today. "I-I... I apologize about what i said earlier to you."

There. He finally said it. England waited for France's reply. Until he noticed that France seemed more absorbed by a picture, looking melancholic.
