I never really read Riley/anyone stories but I'm doing my annual reading of the fanfic nominees stories and read yours.

Great job! Loved the whole tone of it. The gentle, funny Greg moments; the understanding Riley ones.

Favorite section? This: "I wanted to do that. To bring her back to being young and innocent, ya know? Without a care in the world." He paused before laughing, more to himself than to Riley. "And I wanted to fulfill my old high school dreams. I always wanted to be the... that guy. The one who could actually successfully knock over the six tin cans to win the prize for his girl. You know?"
