Yeah, I did a rename token, and made it so my old journal looks deleted.

It's ok, I am not worried about it. But, when you buy a rename token (I think they are 15 bucks) you can change your names, saving all your info. And still make it look like you deleted your old journal. It is pretty sweet!

Haha. The running. Well, I use my treadmill regularly, but I speedwalk, because I can't run and read at the same time. lol. But I have been doing ok. Just now quitting smoking (again) and starting to eat healthier. Really trying to get myself in shape for real this time. LIke a lifestyle change, not a short term thing. So far so good!
