Had a good time at the tournament yesterday. Got back about 11 last night. I messed up on my weapons form which was disappointing since I've been doing well in practice, and I'm fairly confident I would have placed if I hadn't. Just got back from Northfield. Fairly pleasant trip (just under an hour). Seems like a decent little town. Monster Games' offices were pretty much exactly what I expected, one room with the lights off and a bunch of workstations. I totally blew the programming test, they want 1337 C++ h4x0r, which I am certainly not. Oh well.

I'm feeling a lot better about the job hunt since I've sent out several applications and started to get some responses. I had my first interview today. It was with a recruiter for a direct-hire web developer position with MRM, a marketing company in downtown, so it was really a pre-interview, but it was still cool. The 2nd poker night shall be next Saturday, April 21st. I work until 6, so I'm thinking dinner about 6:30 then back to my place for the poker. I ordered new poker chips, so we should have plenty.
