Turn the fuckin' A/C on because I can't do it any other way. Swimming laps gives minimal relief.

lay in front of a fan... but nothing really helps.... take a cool shower.... get an ice bath from ur man? ;)

i'm having the opposite problem, m'dear. It's done nothing but rain since you guys left and so i can't go running..
