personally, i am feeling great and working out a lot, but i am gaining weight like whoa. and not muscle weight, FAT weight. i have all this fat in my frickin stomach and i look PREGNANT (and believe me, i am not). SO ANNOYING!!!! i have never weighed this much in my whole life. *weep*

but i do feel great that i'm working out every day. been doing a lot of yoga, but not relaxing-yoga, hardcore cardio-style yoga! it's really fun. i recommend sara ivanhoe's 20 minute yoga makeover DVDs to anyone into that kind of thing - there are 5 DVDs in all, and they're all fun. i do one every weekday, along with 10-minutes of cardio, and on weekends i do 40-minute yoga workouts (also by sara ivanhoe, the crunch's "perfect yoga workout" DVD).

I WOULD LIKE TO LOSE THIS WEIGHT THOUGH. :)

My efforts to quit smoking aren't going anywhere because I simply don't give a fuck anymore.

I need to make a more dedicated effort to going to the gym because my birth control is doing wonders for my already large ass.

And that's pretty much it *lol*
