I had the same kind of motivational problems way back when. I've always been chubby, and I'm certainly not meant to be thin - my body type just simply won't allow it. But despite all of that, my desire to be healthy was greater than my desire to be lazy. I used to row every single day, without fail, and I did this for months. Despite all the blisters and the ouchies. I didn't start seeing real results for about 6 months, and I suddenly hit a point where I was losing inches quickly. And then I broke my rib and couldn't row for almost a year, and I couldn't get back into it. I still haven't managed
