I'm from Toronto, ON, Canada, which I have to say is probably one of the most chillin cities in the world.
It's basically legal to smoke and possess Chronic here, as long as it's under 30 grams and you're not selling.

To prove this, half a year ago some bike cops caught me and some friends blazing in an alleyway that was known for crackheads hanging
