so the mri came back bad. full arm cast and little hope for outdoor training this summer. could have surgery for a pin to be inserted but i'm out on the full arm in a month and i hope that i will be able to ride the ragbrai in july. really hating life right now so i'm going to veg on some matrix. can even use the sift key : (

yeah the oc was out on vacation last week and couldn't look at the mri until yesterday. i really thought it was just a bad sprain. stupid friday 13th.
