 Shabbat was hard. There were people here the whole time which helped immensely. I felt like there was a reason to get out of bed so I forced myself. It is good that you have a support team there for you. I think that I agree with your doc. Deal with getting through the day, if you have to one minute at a time. That's how I got through it all after Peter was born and I had horrific PPD. One thing that I found very cathartic was smashing things to pieces. I had some old ceramic crap (figurines, goblets, etc) that we were never going to use and I took them outside and smashed them to pieces on a rock in the yard. While I was smashing them I was screaming my head off and crying. I made sure the kids weren't around and it wasn't 3am but oh man did it help. (hugs) and know that you are in my prayers.

I am so glad you are expressing and sharing your feelings, you are doing everything you can, you are searching out help, support and venting, it sounds like you have amazing support and an amazing husband and daughter. We are thinking and davening for you.
PS I found kicking things outside to be helpful, that is until I hurt my heel, so maybe stick to throwing things in a safe way ;)
