[ You know, there aren't very many pink-haired girls in Luceti, and even before anything like the New Feather dress registers, it's that that catches Lightning's eye at first. The distinctive sound she makes while walking with her gunblade slows as she passes Madoka sitting at the fountain, but then... no. Just her imagination.

... Except maybe there is something about a teenaged girl who looks like she might be new- enough that Lightning actually does stop, frowning lightly. ]

[ To be honest, Madoka is actually getting caught up in the scribbling - she was just working on a drawing of a garden - now to a point where she has completely forgotten about the situation for a few moments. So when Lightning stops nearby her, casting a shadow over her journal, she looks up with wide surprised eyes. ]

Well.. Of course that's good! It means Mama and Papa wouldn't notice I'm missing at all, so it won't be a problem.

Thinking about it like that.. hmm, it sounds really nice, right? I definitely won't forget about my family back home until I go back either. So like that, it's like we aren't apart at all, right?

[ Oh, for a moment Madoka is still too busy paying attention to the scribbling, but after a few moments she notices Sial right there. And.. even though she isn't sure what exactly it is, he does seem somewhat cute. Even if she has rather bad experiences with cute-looking unknown animals. So she just smiles - perhaps a bit awkwardly - and does what every sane person would do.. she talks to it. ]

[Sial chirps in response and sits down at her feet, looking completely innocent and harmless; then, after a moment, he rolls over onto his side, offering up a fluffy tummy for belly rubs. He doesn't seem to be able to speak, unlike the normal animals here, but he does seem to understand what she's saying.]

[ O-oh, it really is a cute thing.. And she can hardly just let him lie on the ground there when he's expecting belly rubs. And so she gets off the spot she's sitting and instead crouches down to be able to rub Sial's belly gently, a small smile appearing on her face. ]

Ah, you're cute.. I wonder if you're one of the animals who normally live here..
