It's been a while since I've posted, and, instead of trying to come up with some catch-up, catch-all post, I've been trying to think of an example to express where I'm at - a way to sum up 2007 and lay out what is ahead 2008. And, unsuprisingly, it comes from the nerdiest science of them all - artificial intelligence

Happy belated New Year! Glad you're still kicking around. Any idea where you want to land once your lady finishes her degree?

We're looking to the South and West at this point, although that's about as specific as we can get. It's strange to think that in a few months I'll probably be moving to a place I've never even thought of before. Of course, this wouldn't be the first time...
