I am in the exact same bookcase predicament...unless I put it at the back end of my kitchen against the door I never use.

That isn't a bad idea you know. Having a bookcase in the kitchen can be beneficial. It's just another place to put shit on top of haha.

I wish we had an Ikea around here >
