This weekend has been pretty damned gooooood.

My life is playing out in a movie-type fashion. Well, maybe more like a public access channel documentary... but still, I'm seeing things like I've never seen them before. an idea popped into my head that a lot of events in my life could be played out as cruel "April Fool's Day" jokes. So today I saw something that disappointed and deeply saddened me. I guess you can never let go of some things. I always had a bit of hope that this specific part of life would play out like a movie.

But then again, ghosts don't exist--just memories.

I just realized that I've dated a lot of winners in my past. Winners.

First off, I'm in the process of purchasing a 4 family apartment building. It's 75% business. Each apartment has 3 bedrooms and one bathroom. I'll be living in one of them. I'm still wondering if I should live with a roommate. The company would be cool, I guess, but I think I would just prefer to have my own personal bachelor pad and use one of the ( Read more... )
