I never really update this, so I think that I'll just do a brief week-in-review type post.

Mom: My mom is doing wonderfully after having an emergency surgery on wednesday night. She recovered incredibly fast and was actually able to leave the hospital the next day...YAY!!!!!

School: I am finished with practicum and ALL of my classes!!!! Now, I just ( Read more... )

The folks that I house/dog sit for are going out of town tomorrow for a week, so I'll be over there until next thursday. I'm pretty worried, though, because one of their dogs is very ill (they were actually debating putting him to sleep last week and again yesterday) and I really don't want it to die while they are out of town. Matt and I are headed down to California today for the funeral. I hope that you all have a wonderful weekend and for you Eastern people, an enjoyable start to your spring break.

March 13: Rode the bike for 30 minutes, ran for 30 minutes, and lifted weights for 30 minutes
March 14: Walk for 1.5 hours, lifted weights for 30 minutes

March 12
Total: X-9 lbs.

Yesterday (March 11) Ran for 30 minutes
Total: X-6 lbs since March 1

Last night was so much fun! The girls and I ended up going to Northtown mall to shop for a bit and then to see a movie. They found some great shoes for the wedding, so those were purchased and I bought a pair for my cousin, which means one more little thing checked off...yay! Last night was definite fun. Matt and I went out with our friend Brittany and her boyfriend, Russ. We started the evening out at O'Doherty's for dinner, sat around and caused trouble (with our laughing and hooting I'm surprised they let us stay), and then walked over to Riverpark Square for icecream. Today I have a couple papers/presentations and a test to worry about, but with those behind me, now it's going to be a pretty manageable load.
