I'm guessing I'd score about half also. ah sadness. *is that why I suck at school....*
about the "only pray to God when I need help" question...well....God wants to know everything about you (even though He already does LOL) and...it's like...that relationship He wants with people is an intimate one..almost like a lover and would you go run to your boyfriend (if you really loved him) only when you were hurt? And even if you did, wouldn't he be so glad to see you anyways that he wouldn't mind?
I wasn't sure what your question was or who was asking it LOL....nor in what context...but yah. take cares, and trust Him to give people the answers even through your very confused mutterings ;)
