he's only 14 weeks... we're getting him groomed on thursday so they'll trim his nails.

when gully would cry in the bathroom at night, we would put the shirts we'd been wearing that day in there with her (so our smell would be all over them). She quit meowing all night and slept like a baby :-)

also, make sure he has a soft/warm place to sleep in there with water, food etc (which I'm sure you have in there already, just making sure I dont miss something). you can fill a water bottle up with warm water and wrap it in a towel or something so he can lay by it, and put a towel or the shirts by it so he can feel like he's sitting on your lap. heating pads set on low work too, but it's a bad idea if he's a cord-chewer ( ... )

thanks! the shirt thing worked really well. earlier in the evening he had been cuddling up with me and sleeping, and we tried just letting him do that, btu after about an hour he woke up and attacked us. so we put the tshirts in his bed, and he slept all night!

thank you SOOOOOO much!

if you put a louder clock that ticks wraped up in a towel in with him it might get him to sleep... thats what we did with my dog, it makes them think there is another heartbeat there i guess
