Vertigo is hell

So, I woke up Thursday, opened my eyes to a spinning world. The world did not stop spinning for a good 50 seconds, and continued to spin with each movement of my head. It was so scary and nauseating! At times is was so bad that I would call out, "Help me! Help me!" and reach out for something anything to stop the spin, while my eyes flickered

I had an inner-ear infection years ago and it does take a while to get back to normal, but you will. Really scary stuff.
