Just stay on the ship! Everything will be all right if you just stay where they can't get you!

...

I don't think they're going to walk around corrupting people without getting paid for it first. A barricade really isn't necessary!

Vash, honey, I know you are a very sweet man and so do not spend your time contemplating what goes through the minds of these people -- but Mother told me all about them and so I think I know what I'm talking about!

I'm not doubting what your mother told you, but you're getting a little wound up about this. Why don't you, uh, drink a glass of warm milk and try thinking this over?

There is no time for milk! This is too important for milk! If I can't keep everybody on this ship, I'll -- I'll go out and drag them back myself!

This is for your own good!

Giselle, honey, it's okay. No one's going to be doing anything of the sort. If you like, you'll be fine just staying on the ship. Unless one of the boys tries to bring one back...

But -- but -- I don't want anyone to get sucked into their world of unsavoriness and debauchery and things that nice people don't even know exists! And I'm certain no one here would, you know, actively look for them because everyone here has hearts that are good and kind and pure and so they would never even think of such a thing, but you know what those ladies are like!

Oh goodness. I may need that glass of water after all.

I've--heard. But, supposedly, they stay far away when they're not wanted. So you've nothing to worry about.

And, I'll, uh, fetch you some water.

Supposedly! But not definitely! And that's all the difference!

I appreciate that, Sophie -- but I think we have more pressing concerns now. Haruhi is leaving the ship and I don't know where everyone else is and I have to find them!!

Giselle, you need to get out more. I hate to break this to you but...there is evil out there, and at varying degrees.

Of course there is! But none of it is going to go after my friends as long as I'm around!

Not that I approve of a man seeing a woman like those in the Seamstress Guild, the fact that it exists is demeaning.

Unfortunately though it's a fact of life that some guys will be pigs and there's nothing you can do about it.

But I can try! I can't just sit around do nothing while they creep ever-closer, waiting for a chance to invade!

Sorry, but I don't see any seamstresses around here. And I'm fairly certain that if they're the manner of seamstresses you're thinking of, they tend to frequent establishments rather than clients' quarters.

We explained to her that the Seamstress' Guild is actually a prostitution guild.

We probably shouldn't have.
